Well......I have a good bit of growth since my BBC and I think Im getting lost in my napps lol.......I tried some braids in the front last nite and the fro didnt look big enuf, so I took them out and put one small braid coming from almost one side across front- I think it looks Ok.....I have to get some ideas soon.....Im at a loss of words today.........

Im 16, a junior in HS and I made the decision to get rid of my relaxer this month...After almost 9 years of having relaxers and watching my long mid-back length turn to shoulder length, thin and malnourished, I figured my hair was telling me something. So my dad and I made the decision  that I should go natural and so far I'm excited, but I realize that not having a woman in the house...my mom died a while ago, that I'm going to need as much advice as possible....so PLEASE :) help me or give me any tips you can...Currently im opting not to do the BC....b/c I think my father would die of shock and I already find my BSL hair short.....I would GREATLY appreciate any help :) thnx

I admit I haven't done all I can to preserve the condition of my hair.  Many a night, I did not wrap it up.  I was using an old cotton "do rag" until it came apart recently.  What should I be using to wrap my hair up with a night ?   I want my hair (not my pillow) to retain the moisture I put in it.
