Well my hair had grown a lot since I took out my Kinky Twist in May '09...and now im thinking my hair has hit a roadblock i guess i want to do a pre-poo and i really dont know what products to use I have been watching youtube but I am still not sure about the Pre-Poo products to use. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know...Thanks Ladies...

sooo...when i saw "pre-poo", i was like WTHeck and so of course i HAD to find out what you were referring to! but now that i've looked into it and its benefits, i can't wait to try it this wkend! I'm so loving this! lol thanks so much for sharing!

you can try creme of nature, there are lots of naturals that uses that. but if u want cheap, u can try herbal essence, suave natural and Vo5 really cheap and it works. for the herbal essence most people use the hydration one, i havent try that yet but i heard its really good. so give it a shot.

I pre-poo with a blend of banana, extra virgin coconut oil, and extra virgin olive oil.
