Ive been natural for about 3 years, ive ordered alot of products off line and tried alot of hair styles. My hair was vary nappy and wouldnt take any of the style without turning out into like a puff.So i put a texturizer in it and that has made a difference for me.Yea alot of coments have been said that im not as natural but, it was to much to manage, i didnt find a beauty salon that could do natural hair in my area so did what i thought was best and it worked. I am new to this website and I am new to locks. I started the locking process in late May. I lock what is happening with my hair. I Am Just Now starting my transition to becoming natural. I have a little problem through.. my edges are very brittle and fine... but they strands of hair on my crown is very strong and gets really kinky when i get it wet or wash it..i need help..i have no clue wat to do.. i really dont wanna cut off all my hair in the front !

It's not the easiest decision I've made. I worry about what people make think of it. My hair won't be as neat as it usually is. There are times that I wash my hair, but a headband on it, and let it air dry. It thickens with waves. I don't get as much compliments with that style as much as I do when I get my hair styled and straighten.

I stopped putting perms in my hair like 5 months before I found out I was pregnant.
