I have been thinking a lot lately about different styles and how I should wear my hair. I have become more comfortable rockin' my fro. It is HUGE YALL!!! Anyway , I wanted to just encourage you guys to wear it more. I know that when I wear my fro I feel liberated and confident. I say this b/c I feel so blessed to be an individual and not being like every other (relaxed) person. I am not at all hatin' I just feel that we all should be happy with what GOD has given us. Be NAPPY!!HAPPY!!LOL. I love seeing women with natural hair and wearing natural styles. It helps me stay strong in my beliefs and it helps me to stay focused on caring for my hair in the most natural way. So with all that I have said, KEEP ON DOIN' YOU!!! WEAR THAT NAPPY DO!!!LOLO!!!

 1. I use only conditioner to shampoo(cleanse) my hair ( Aussie's smooth conditioner).

 I am on a journey to become a heathier person. I say this because I want to live a longer more fulfilling life. I also have a small child and he is getting older now and he wants a sibling. I had a bad childbirthing experience that left my body a mess. So, I guess you can say that I am a little overwhelmed about having a second child. But, most of all I need to change my body but first I have to change my mind. I will loose the weight and I know that it will take some time. I will do it according to the word of God. I can do all things in Christ who gives me strength.  I also know that when you want to do something right that the enemy will throw everything your way, so I must pray for self control and endurance. I love me and I know that no one else will take care of me better than me.
