I admit I haven't done all I can to preserve the condition of my hair. Many a night, I did not wrap it up. I was using an old cotton "do rag" until it came apart recently. What should I be using to wrap my hair up with a night ? I want my hair (not my pillow) to retain the moisture I put in it.

I prefer satin bonnets like the ones you get at Sally's. They are simple and quick. I also have a satin pillow case for days when I'm too tired or lazy to deal with my hair.

Hi Andrea,
You should wrap your hair with a satin scarf. This helps keep the hair moisturized as well. Cotton pillow cases can and will absorb moisture from your hair.
